1. I have a question about credits.
Wait 10
business days from the day of your appointment, then follow the instructions
on the main sign-up page to contact the researcher.
2. What happens if the researcher didn't show for the experiment?
You should receive the credits
as if you had participated.
3. How do I cancel an appointment?
Following the instructions on the main sign-up
page, making sure to include all specified information.
4. Why does the appointment I canceled
still appear in my records?
This
is normal. All appointments made, canceled or not remain in your
record. You need only be alarmed if a penalty appears.
5. How do I check when or where my appointment is?
Return to the main sign-up page. Enter
your Eden username in the box provided and click the "submit" button. Check
your Eden email. An automated reply will summarize your account. WebMail
is a good tool for checking your eden mail. Go to webmail.eden.rutgers.edu
6. I am not satisfied with any aspect of the research registration
system or experiments. What should I do?
Send an email, including as many of the items
below as you can:
- Your name
- The email address you used for registration
- General Psychology section
- General Psychology professor's name
- The name of the experiment
- The date and time of the experiment.
